Rosin
Caster oil
Caustic Soda
Normal water
For solvents & preservative: (13%)
Creosote Oil (LCO)
For Germicidal Value (8 %)
Mono Chloro Phenol (MCP)
WATER AS BASE (59 %)
PROCESS
S� TAKES ROSIN AND CASTOR OIL & HEAT TILL THE MIXTURE BECOMES LIKE OIL
S� MAKE CAUSTIC SODA SOLUTION AND ADD TO ABOVE MIXTURE.
S� AFTER ADDITION OF CAUSTIC SOLUTION HEAT THE MIXTURE TILL IT BECOMES LIKE SOAP.
S� CONTINUES HEATING TILL TAKING SAMPLE ON PAPER SHOULD NOT LEAVE ANY OILY STAIN.
S� THEN ADD WATER & MAKE IT LIKE LIQUID SOAP.
S� DURING HEATING WHEN IT I S BOILING ADD LCO & M.C.P.
S� STOPS HEATING & FILL THE BOTTELS.
