Rosin

Caster oil

Caustic Soda

Normal water


For solvents & preservative: (13%)

Creosote Oil (LCO)


For Germicidal Value (8 %)

Mono Chloro Phenol (MCP)


WATER AS BASE (59 %)


PROCESS


STAKES ROSIN AND CASTOR OIL & HEAT TILL THE MIXTURE BECOMES LIKE OIL


SMAKE CAUSTIC SODA SOLUTION AND ADD TO ABOVE MIXTURE.


SAFTER ADDITION OF CAUSTIC SOLUTION HEAT THE MIXTURE TILL IT BECOMES LIKE SOAP.


SCONTINUES HEATING TILL TAKING SAMPLE ON PAPER SHOULD NOT LEAVE ANY OILY STAIN.


STHEN ADD WATER & MAKE IT LIKE LIQUID SOAP.


SDURING HEATINGWHEN IT I S BOILING ADD LCO &M.C.P.


SSTOPS HEATING & FILL THE BOTTELS.
